Wild Stallion Quilt Kit

Finished size: 54" by 82"

Kit includes the pattern (Ladders) and all of the fabrics to make the front of the quilt plus the binding fabric. Kit includes exact fabrics shown in the photo.

Photo is temporary until the quilt gets quilted. The binding fabric is pinned along the left hand side so you can see what is in the kit.

You need 3 1/4 yards of backing fabric unless it is directional fabric. If your backing fabric is directional then you will need 5 yards. If you use a wide back, then you only need 1 3/4 yards.

If you would like to make the quilt larger, we recommend adding 3 yards (a quantity of 6 on our website) of the Stallion Border Print to make it 70" by 98". If you want it larger than this then we recommend adding another border (6" wide finished) of the Painted Canvas Dark Brown fabric, which is the same as the binding fabric. You'd need an additional 2 yards (a quantity of 4 on our website) of the Painted Canvas Dark Brown fabric for the additional outer binding and the extra binding fabric this will require.
